What are the delivery charges for prescription orders?

Our delivery cost is a flat $12.00 Australia wide. We use a courier service to send all parcels. Please inform us if you would like your parcel stamped with "Authority to leave"

Which payment methods are accepted in the online store?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express (AMEX) and we now offer AFTERPAY!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most parcels are delivered within 2-3 business days. In some regional areas, parcels can take up to 5 business days

How secure is shopping in the Online Store? Is my data protected?

Do I receive an official pharmacy receipt with my order?

Yes, with all orders (prescription and over the counter items) a tax receipt is included along with your parcel.

Will my Healthfund give me any rebates on the cost of my compounded prescription ? 

Yes! Depending upon your fund and level of cover. Since it is a private prescription your fund should offer some rebate. Simply submit your official pharmacy receipt (keep a copy for yourself ) to your health fund.  We are happy to verify with your fund if required.
